Do you only shoot motherhood/births?

Absolutely not! I do a ton of family and couples sessions! If anything I shoot more of these portrait sessions than I do birth at the moment. The only sessions I do not take on are senior portraits, quinces, or birthday parties. I will photograph: Families, couples, birth, maternity, motherhood, children -including cake smash, lifestyle newborn, small wedding or elopements. * I only take a few weddings or elopements a year*

After our session is wrapped up - I will send out sneaks within the first week! This can come via text, fb messenger, email, or even just on a Facebook post! These images are for you to save and share - I just ask you tag me + BG Visuals:)

The final gallery will be sent no more than 3-8 weeks after our session date. I pride myself on the time I take to edit the images and the details I look for in each shot. With your patience I promise you won’t be disappointed in the results!

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your selected shoot date. After that has been made the remaining for portrait sessions payment is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled session date.

Installments -or- payment plans are available!

Don’t hesitate to ask how we can manage it for your budget!

Keep in mind any plan that extends past your session date will results in images being held. Editing will not start until the final payment has been made.

BIRTH- for birth there is a non-refundable retainer of 300$ due at the time of booking. The remaining can also be made with installments and is due no later than 37 weeks gestation

What is the booking process like?

Once we get the initial opportunity to talk and get to known one another we can proceed with the booking process. My goal is to know what you are looking for in a session, which genre of session you are interested in, and what you goal is to get out of a session!

With that I usually will find out if you are looking for indoor/outdoor shoot. If an outdoor shoot- I like to find out what scenery your most drawn too (water, grassy fields, sand, lake etc). We will talk about a date/time that works best between the both of us.

I require your first, last name, and an email address to send out contracts and invoices for retainer fee.

I will create your profile and contract specific with our date / time of session and list on the invoice what package you’ve selected + what is included!

A retainer is required to secure your session date/time with the balance due 72 hours prior to your session.

Once a retainer has been made and the contracts have been signed we can talk wardrobe options! I have a client guide page I will send you access to as well as some options for my ladies and children to wear! I am more than happy to purchase new outfits for my client closet. With that being said a 50/50 purchase can be made with me to buy outfits specifically tailored to you that you might not want to keep after!

What if the predicted weather is to be bad?

During the week coming up to your session date I will begin to monitor the weather forecast and update you as well! If there is rain or “unhappy” weather foreseen I will notify you of the possibility for a reschedule. We will not solidify this until 48 hrs or even the day of. With Texas we could be raining one minute and fine the next! At that time we will further devise a plan to either shoot with some sprinkles or change our date! Usually as long as it is not actively raining hard we are okay to proceed unless the location is completely mudded out!

If you are uncomfortable with the weather due to rain, we can select a new date to shoot.

If your spouse, you, or your little ones are sick or need to reschedule for a family emergency please notify me at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

No notification will result in a rescheduling inconvenience fee of 75$.

If you need to reschedule again the initial retainer fee will be forfeited and a new fee will apply to save a third date.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! Photography is a luxury and a big investment! So much goes into our session to make it perfect. I am willing to work with you on payment plans.

1) Pay in full

2) Installment options of two payments

3) Installment plan of three payments with interest

4) Square payments over 6 months / 12 month increments - with interest.

If you have extenuating circumstances where you cannot pay the final balance by the due day PLEASE let me know ASAP. The sooner I know the more time we have to work out a plan.

Payment plans that are set up beyond your session date will result in a delay of image delivery.

Once a session is completed, images are edited, and final payment is made- the gallery can be released.

do i have to pay a tax fee?

Unfortunately yes. The state of Texas requires all photographers charge a sales tax on the services they provide. This will be reflected in your invoive.
